Sizing and fit — tell us your usual size and what you're between, and we'll tell you honestly which way to go.

Fabric and care — composition, weight, how it washes. Ask before you buy rather than after.

Damaged or wrong item — send a photo along with your order number and we'll sort it straight away.

Press and partnerships — same address, we'll route it.

One thing that speeds everything up

If you're writing about an existing order, put your order number in the first line. It's at the top of your confirmation email. Without it we have to search by name and email, which adds a day to most requests.

Photos help too, especially for anything damaged or incorrect.
