By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. Please read them before you buy.

We typically respond within 12–24 hours on business days.
Our store runs on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform. Your purchase contract is with Gracey Nicole LLC; Shopify is not a party to it.
2. Online store terms
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence. If you allow a minor to use this website under your supervision, you accept responsibility for their activity.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Specifically, you must not:
- Violate any federal, state, or local law
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
- Interfere with the security or operation of our services
- Use our website to mislead, defraud, harass, or harm another person
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

Website content other than payment information may be transmitted across networks and modified to meet technical requirements. Payment information is transmitted through encrypted systems provided by our authorized payment processors.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our website or services without our prior written permission.
4. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but content may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect pricing, outdated availability, or technical errors.

5. Prices and service changes
Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product, change prices, limit quantities, end a promotion, or suspend any part of our website or services.
Price changes do not affect orders already accepted. We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from a lawful price change, product discontinuation, or service modification.
6. Orders and contract formation
Products displayed on our website are invitations to place an order, not guarantees of acceptance or availability.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation means we've received your order — it doesn't necessarily mean we've accepted it.
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation, the order enters final fulfillment, or we otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
We may cancel or reject an order before shipment due to inventory shortages, pricing or product errors, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, technical problems, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
7. Products
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
We make reasonable efforts to display colors, textures, dimensions, and details accurately, but appearance may vary with screen settings, device, lighting, photography, and manufacturing variation. Measurements and sizing are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel that item and refund you.
We may limit sales by customer, household, location, order, payment method, or geographic area where reasonably necessary.
8. Shipping and delivery
Processing times, delivery estimates, free-shipping terms, tracking, and delivery procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we'll resolve it.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, transportation delays, holiday demand, address errors, supply-chain interruptions, or government actions.
Where we cannot ship your order within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you and you may choose to wait for a revised date or cancel for a full refund.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
9. Billing and account information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering or creating an account — name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number where requested, and payment information — and to update it when it changes.
We may cancel, limit, or review orders that appear to contain incorrect, incomplete, unauthorized, or suspicious information, or that appear to originate from the same customer, household, account, payment method, or address.
10. Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized providers displayed at checkout. Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, that the information is accurate, that you authorize the charge, and that you are responsible for approved charges on your order.
We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. Full details are in our Transactions Policy.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and sale prices may carry additional terms. Unless stated otherwise:
- Offers cannot be combined
- Codes have no cash value
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed
- Promotions may be limited to one use per customer and may exclude certain products
- Promotions may end without notice
- Where part of an order is returned, the discount is recalculated across the remaining items
We may cancel or modify a promotion to correct an error, address misuse, or prevent fraud.
12. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Cancellations: you may cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number. Once shipped, the order can be returned under the Return Policy.
Please review that policy before completing your purchase.
13. Third-party tools and links
We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, or tracking systems that we don't directly control. These are provided on an "as available" basis and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable provider.
Our website may also link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices, security, or accuracy. Review their policies before completing a transaction or providing personal information, and direct any complaint about a third-party product to that party.
14. Reviews and user content
You may be able to submit reviews, comments, photos, suggestions, or other content. By doing so, you grant Gracey Nicole LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, translate, distribute, and display that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes.
You confirm that your content is accurate and based on your genuine experience, doesn't infringe anyone's rights, contains no unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or abusive material, contains no malware, and doesn't reveal another person's private information without permission.
We may monitor, edit, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms. You remain responsible for what you submit.
15. Intellectual property
All content on our website — brand names, logos, product photography, graphics, layouts, written content, videos, designs, icons, software, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to Gracey Nicole LLC and protected by intellectual property law.
You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
16. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions
Our website may occasionally contain errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates, images, or order information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Where we cancel after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

In addition to the restrictions above, you may not use our website for any unlawful purpose; to encourage unlawful acts; to infringe intellectual property; to harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or harm anyone; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to collect others' information without authorization; to send spam or phishing messages; to interfere with website security or bypass restrictions; to scrape, crawl, or extract data without authorization; to impersonate another person or organization; to engage in fraudulent chargebacks; or to misuse promotions or discount codes.
We may terminate access for violations of this section.
19. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, services, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless expressly stated otherwise.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted, that errors will be corrected immediately, that the website will be free from all security threats, that products will meet every individual preference, that delivery will occur by a specific estimated date, or that all information will always be complete and error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability where those apply.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracey Nicole LLC and our owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, or products — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, replacement purchases, delayed delivery, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gracey Nicole LLC and our affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms or another person's rights, content you submit, or fraudulent or unauthorized conduct.
22. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using our website and services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a security risk, used the website unlawfully, or harmed our business, customers, or service providers. Orders already accepted will be fulfilled.
Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective, including those on intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law.
23. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Transactions Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Gracey Nicole LLC.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business practices, products, website functionality, legal requirements, or payment and shipping procedures.
Changes take effect when published on our website, with the last-updated date revised at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
25. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of our website, services, or products are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We'd much rather resolve a problem directly — please contact us first. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or affects any mandatory consumer protection available under the laws of your state of residence.
