Gracey Nicole operates an online retail store serving customers throughout the United States.


2. Personal information we collect

Information you provide directly Name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account login details, order and purchase information, product reviews or survey responses, and anything you include in messages to customer support.

Payment information Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or another authorized provider. They may receive your card details, billing address, payment authorization, and transaction information. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers — we receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits, and the card type.

Information collected automatically IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of visit, referring source, actions taken on the site, cart and checkout activity, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

6. Shopify and payment processing

Payment providers receive your name, billing address, contact details, payment information, order details, and device or fraud-prevention data in order to complete your transaction. They process this under their own privacy policies.


7. Shipping and fulfillment

To prepare and deliver your order, we share what's necessary with our warehouses, logistics companies, and carriers: your name, shipping address, email address, telephone number where needed, order details, and tracking information.

These partners may use the information only to provide their services or to comply with legal obligations.


8. Who else we disclose to

Service providers — hosting and e-commerce, payment processing, warehousing and fulfillment, shipping, customer support, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, IT and cybersecurity, and accounting, legal, and professional services.

Legal and safety — where reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or government request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gracey Nicole, our customers, or others; to investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity; or to enforce our Terms of Service.

Business transfers — if Gracey Nicole LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Categories disclosed in the past 12 months: identifiers (contact details), commercial information (order and support history), internet activity (usage data), and approximate geolocation — each to the recipient categories listed above.

Even after unsubscribing, you'll still receive non-promotional messages about your orders, account, returns, and support requests — we need those to complete your purchase.

Where a longer period is required by law, or where information is needed to resolve a dispute or defend a legal claim, we retain it for as long as necessary. When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely dispose of it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure — including SSL/TLS encryption across the site, restricted internal access, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.

Denied requests may be appealed by replying to our response.

Other states

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Montana, Minnesota, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have substantially similar rights.

Submitting a request

Email support@graceynicole.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account or order
  • The right you wish to exercise
  • Any relevant order information

We may need to verify your identity before completing your request — usually by confirming details of a recent order. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to proof of authorization.


14. Children's privacy

Our website and products are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@graceynicole.com so we can review and delete it.


15. International processing

We operate from the United States. Some of our service providers are located outside the United States, and your information may be transferred to and processed by them.
